The Mind Challenge
The self-coaching program entails a 5-week journey split across 3 phases; the Mind challenge, the heart challenge and the power challenge.

Mind Challenge Journey
The first phase being the Mind Challenge spans 2 weeks (2 training days and 10 daily quests in total). The focus of the challenge is on the conscious mind and developing an awareness of your thinking patterns specially your negative thoughts. The quests center around enabling you to move away from negative thoughts into more empowered and accurate thinking. Specific attention is paid to language patterns and challenging the truth of your thoughts.
During this phase we move through the Wastelands of Notgoodenough and the Swamps of Disappointment and you as the Dragon Warrior are provided with the Sword of Truth and the Shield of Awareness to navigate your way through these powerful quests.

- Day 1: Power of detachment
- Day 2: Power of language
- Day 3: Power of challenging the truth
- Day 4: Power of mindfulness (BVAT)
- Day 5: Putting it all together

Once all quests have been completed in the Mind Challenge your Avatar will evolve from a villager into the Dragon Warrior.
